I am pleased to say that we are about to get a return visit from Jim. We have been in contact much of the last year (he's better at e-mailing that I am). He has been diligent in tracking/tracing family members -- for which I am extremely grateful.

He will be here Christmas to partake in our usual family chaos. We are looking forward to the visit.

In the meantime I'm gong to take the opportunity to share some of his music here on this page (IF I can remember how to imbed the titles in the songs) I will re-name the "Tracks". e-mail me with the names (opportunity to participate): pontinen@gmail.com

Visit with Jimmy

The James Michelletti visit to the south suburbs of Chicago. He was absolutely beyond excitement to meet some of his cousins. We treated him to some of our best chaos. It was a great opprotunity to meet him, having not seen him since he was about 13. Or maybe I was 13 the last time we visited his family. Anyway, it was a long time ago. We exchanged memories and information about our families, looked at old photographs and took some new ones. We are looking forward to another visit. Im has been very, very busy pulling together documented information about the common family we share. Below is a report from a woman he has been in touch with in Finland. His other family is rooted in Italy and my other family is rooted in England.
